Rise Hoop Dance is perfect for a party of mixed ages. We caters for hens age 5 - 95 so you can party with your flower girls, bridesmaids, the mother-in-law and even your grandparents!
Party Packages
Fancy dressing up? Your hooping hen workshop can be tailored to a theme, be it festival chic, Pink Ladies or 90s hop-hop! Parties take place in a location booked by you. The hooping fun can last up to two hours and during this time you can expect:

Super Hooper Maker = Fancy getting crafty? Hens can decorate their own sparkly hula hoop to take home before taking them for a spin at their hen hoop party. Up to 2 Hrs (with up to 10 hens) from £145 plus hoop making costs. Get in touch for a quote.

Your Venue
Rise Hoop Dance can provide hula hooping hen parties in Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Cheltenham, Swindon, Chepstow and beyond.
Hula hoops need a generous amount of space (at least 2 metres square per hooper) to spin! So please choose your venue accordingly. Garden, sports halls, village halls and community centres are often great places to hold a hoop party. Parties can accommodate up to 20 hens depending on the venue and your chosen package. Planning an outdoor party? With the great British weather it's recommended you have a Plan B just in case!
